How we did it:

We started by refining RYERCAT's brand positioning, shifting from a simple "cat toothbrush" to "the cat toothbrush built for feline anatomy," based on extensive category and competitor research. We then used this new positioning to rewrite RYERCAT’s website copy and craft a tailored pitch + plan for entering retail through independent vet boutiques and small chains. Our support extended to the execution phase, where we trained a virtual assistant to manage sales outreach efficiently. Finally, we wrapped our partnership by providing coaching for high-stakes opportunities, including the successful pitch for Purina's 2024 Pet Care Innovation Prize and navigating conversations with inbound retail chain prospects.
