How we did it:

Our approach began with a deep dive into Desert Dust's brand identity. We repositioned the brand to align with the unique appeal of Palm Desert, then developed a targeted pitch for the California market, focusing on boutique and specialty grocery stores. This strategy included a step-by-step plan for entering these stores, with an eye toward expansion into larger chains. We provided hands-on coaching, guiding Desert Dust from securing placement in a single Bristol Farms store to achieving chain-wide distribution. Throughout the process, we also advised a complete website rebuild, DTC marketing to increase online traffic, and successfully launching their new California taco seasoning line.
