Fulfillment: The Product & Prosper programs and other services are delivered online and via email, video chat, and over the phone.  

 

Refunds & Cancellations: The Product & Prosper programs may be cancelled by providing fourteen (14) days prior written notice. In the event of cancellation, all program costs received or due the The Prosper Lab, LLC shall be fully earned and non-refundable. Payments for consulting fees, Faire audits and other services provided are due prior to the delivery of the service and all costs are non-refundable.
